Where are your products sourced and manufactured?
We work with a global network of farmers and artisans who prioritize regenerative practices. Most of our products are harvested and bottled in small batches in California to ensure the highest botanical potency.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Please note that during peak harvest seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
What is your return policy for apothecary and pantry items?
Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened pantry or apothecary items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are your products organic and sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. We prioritize organic, non-GMO ingredients and use recyclable glass and biodegradable packaging whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
